A space is then created between the vehicle cab and the hydraulic loading crane for storing the timber cuttings.
The length of the loading area then depends on the basic dimensions of the truck chassis.
The bodywork can be constructed in two variants, either with a floor (if cutouts shorter than 2 m are envisaged) or without a floor – only crossbars with ramps (transport of cutouts from 2 m upwards). One of the advantages of a floorless bodywork is the lower weight.
